Responsibilities

• Maintenance of order & sales data for CMO Business.
• Collate data from SAP – sales, RMs & PMs.
• Regular update of the files with current status of the orders/shipments.
• Coordinate with plants and logistics team for timely delivery.
• Track day to day operations with respect to monthly commitments to the customers.
• Track on-going projects for smooth execution.
• Maintain records of important documents such as agreements/quotations etc.
• Data Search & Analysis about the industry, competition etc.
• Record keeping & tracking the purchase orders and ensuring the Advance Lic. has been applied for API. Readiness of new launches.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Prepare Draft Budget file.
• Collection and Gathering of the annual forecast of all CMO customers.

Desired Skills

• Should have prior experience in Formulations
• Must have experience in SAP
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast paced and agile environment
• Very good with data management skills
