Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our Enterprise
Sales department to leads a team of Key Account Managers/ Enterprise Sales Officers. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in team handling in Enterprise/Telecom sales, proven
leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.
Qualifications:
• Any graduates, preferably MBAs
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar profile
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of KAMs/ESOs
• Develop and implement effective salesstrategiesto achieve salestargets.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team
success.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
