Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Analysis
Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality.
Liaison & Communication
Serve as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear and continuous communication.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Participate in Functional, System, Integration, Compatibility, and Regression Testing.
Design and execute test cases and scenarios.
Manage defects, update reports in JIRA, and coordinate with stakeholders.
Project Coordination
Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing, and production moves.
Training & Support
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
