About the Opportunity

Our client, a fast-growing organization in the education and training sector, is hiring Admissions Sales Executives to support rapid expansion.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role focused on converting warm and cold leads into walk-ins and confirmed admissions. If you thrive in structured, performance-based environments and enjoy speaking with prospects daily, this role offers strong earning potential and career stability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily from assigned lead data

  • Clearly explain course offerings and value propositions

  • Qualify serious vs. non-serious prospects

  • Convert leads into:

    • Walk-ins

    • Counseling appointments

    • Confirmed admissions

  • Conduct 3–5 structured follow-ups per lead until closure

  • Handle objections related to:

    • Fees

    • Course duration

    • Career outcomes

  • Maintain accurate CRM / reporting updates

  • Coordinate closely with admissions counselors

  • Submit daily and weekly performance reports

Performance Metrics

You will be measured on:

  • Calls made vs. connections achieved

  • Walk-ins generated

  • Admissions conversions

  • Follow-up completion rate

  • CRM accuracy and reporting discipline

This is a calling-intensive role — consistency and resilience are critical.

Requirements

  • 0.5–3 years of experience (Education, EdTech, or Telecalling preferred)

  • Strong spoken Hindi & English (Marathi is a plus)

  • Confident phone presence and objection-handling skills

  • Comfortable working with targets and daily KPIs

  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency

  • High energy, persistence, and discipline

This role is NOT suitable for candidates who:

  • Dislike outbound calling

  • Prefer inbound-only leads

  • Are uncomfortable with performance targets

  • Struggle in fast-paced environments
