REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 7.5+ years

Experience in Quality Engineering / Test Management with strong people leadership.

Expertise in Playwright and modern JS/TS automation frameworks.

Strong experience in E2E, API, integration, and microservices testing.

Knowledge of Contract Testing ( and Observability tools (New Relic) – good to have.

Proven experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), BDD, TDD, and Shift-Left practices.

Experience driving test automation in CI/CD pipelines and transformation programs.

Understanding of performance testing and high-traffic systems.

Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

Strong stakeholder management and techno-functional skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and drive end-to-end Test Strategy and Quality Engineering practices.

Lead transformation from manual to automated, CI/CD-integrated testing.

Oversee E2E, API, integration, contract testing, and UAT.

Build/guide Playwright-based automation frameworks.

Manage QA teams, vendors, and stakeholder communication.

Provide data-driven release decisions (Go/No-Go).

Ensure system quality, performance, and scalability.

Implement observability and improve test coverage continuously.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
