Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The core focus will be to implement and support APIs for customers to integrate solutions with our products.
  • Proficient in picking up Customer Solutions on an ongoing basis.
  • Should be able to clean, transform, load and test data sets / systems and keep records of received vs processed data sets.
  • Should be able to communicate with customers fluently to resolve data issues.
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with Customers for Case closures.
  • Data Entry Operation Keep in touch with the Product Enhancements from time to time (i. e. Release after Release).
  • Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data.
  • Records data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving processing problems.
  • Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Technical Skills:

  • Essential Proficient in Office tools viz. MS Excel, Word, Presentation etc. Should have a typing speed of 40-60 WPM Familiarity with making API calls via an HTTP Client SQL .
  • Desirable Familiarity with HTTP services Experience with JSON Experience with Postman.

Soft Skills:

  • Essential Good verbal and written communication skills Good analytical skills Basic understanding of Web Server, HTML, XML.

Desirable:

  • Worked in Support or Customer Facing Role.

Educational Qualification or Professional Certification:

  • B.E. (IT / CS), MCA, Diploma (IT / CS).

Working Condition:

  • Candidate will need to overlap work times with US time zones.
  • Candidate will not have to work in night shift Experience.
  • Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience.
