About Jiva Water
At Jiva Water, our mission is to make water healthier and more effective not only for people but also for agriculture and soil systems. Through our scientifically designed water-structuring devices, we enhance water quality, improve nutrient absorption, strengthen soil vitality, and increase irrigation efficiency.
We are offering 8 internship positions for final-year students or recent graduates to work on the Jiva Pilot Program. This internship provides hands-on field exposure, working directly with farmers, FPOs, and Rotary teams, while contributing to a high-impact sustainability initiative.

Internship Details
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Location: Chitradurga and Mandya
Stipend & Benefits: 20,000 per month (TDS applicable) + Travel allowance
Key Responsibilities
Conduct weekly field visits (minimum 2 per week) to assigned farms, with additional visits during critical crop stages.
Act as a liaison between Jiva Water and farmers, guiding device usage and collecting farmer feedback.
Maintain structured logs of crop growth, irrigation behavior, and soil condition.
Support data collection, including photos, GPS tagging, and field notes.
Assist with farmer meetings, demos, and awareness programs in collaboration with Rotary International and agri-extension officers.
Submit concise weekly reports to the regional field coordinator.
Participate in district-level events during the internship period.
Qualification:
- Final-year students or recent graduates and postgraduates in Agricultural / Horticultural Sciences –
B.Sc./B.Tech. (Agri / Horti / Agricultural Engineering) or M.Sc. (Agri / Horti) from Chitradurga and Mandya location. Candidates from other parts of Karnataka willing to relocate to Chitradurga and Mandya may also apply.
- Strong interest in sustainability, water technology, and field-based work.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada are mandatory, along with coordination skills.

- Ownership of a two-wheeler with valid driving license
