Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Hyderabad. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, and facilitating communication between clients and the legal team. Key responsibilities include identifying new clients and addressing client needs, providing post-service support, coordinating client feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves drafting proposals and client correspondence, assisting with contract management, and contributing to business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in client management, client support, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience with contract management, proposal drafting, and client correspondence
- Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field, is required
- Familiarity with Hyderabad’s legal and business environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of the law firm’s practice areas and ability to liaise with clients professionally
- Proficiency in office software and the ability to maintain a well-organised client database
