Job Summary

We are seeking a target-driven Relationship Manager for a B2B role focused on acquiring and managing Channel Partners (IFA/MFDs, Sub-brokers, and Corporate Associates) for distribution of wide range of financial products such as Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPO ,Unlisted Shares, PMS/AIF etc.  

The role involves expanding the partner network, driving business through empanelled partners, increasing AUM and revenue, and strengthening long-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and achieving assigned sales and growth targets through the channel network.

Location:- Borivali Munbai / Fort mumbai samachar marg . 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new channel partner acquisition through Leads, referrals, networking, 

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets

• Cross-sell Insurance, Bonds, PMS/AIF, and investment products to maximize wallet share

Required Skills

• Strong sales orientation and business development mindset

• In-depth knowledge of Mutual Funds, IFA & MFD broking, and broking sales processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Understanding of financial markets and investment products

• Target-driven with proven revenue generation ability

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

• NISM-Series-XIII certification (Derivatives certification will be an added advantage)

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Mutual Fund sales, financial product distribution, and business development

• Proven track record in client acquisition and achieving sales targets
