Campaign Specialist – Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end campaign execution lifecycle, from ICP definition and audience building to final campaign launch and monitoring.
• Translate client requirements into well-defined target audiences, including ICP refinement, segmentation, and data validation.
• Build and manage high-quality prospect lists, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives.
• Review and refine email content for clarity, grammar, tone, and contextual relevance, ensuring it meets high messaging standards.
• Create and customize personalized outreach messaging tailored to client goals, industries, and target personas.
• Ensure message–audience alignment, maintaining consistency between targeting strategy and messaging.
• Configure and launch campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy in setup, scheduling, and sending logic.
• Perform rigorous pre-launch QA checks, including content validation, personalization tokens, and formatting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of campaigns.
• Troubleshoot issues proactively and ensure zero-error execution in final campaign outputs.
• Continuously optimize workflows and suggest improvements to enhance campaign quality and efficiency.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.
