What This Role Is About

We’re looking for a high-performance Social Media Associate who can combine content, strategy, and execution to drive real results.

This is not a passive role. You’ll be working on multiple brands, building content that stops the scroll, drives engagement, and grows pages consistently.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and scripts across platforms
  • Create content that drives engagement, shares, and audience growth
  • Translate brand strategy into high-impact content ideas and executions
  • Analyze performance and optimize content based on insights

Video-First Content

  • Conceptualize and script Reels, Shorts, and video formats
  • Understand what makes content retain, engage, and perform
  • Be comfortable appearing on camera when required
  • Assist in shoot planning, direction, and post-production input

Strategy & Planning

  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals
  • Research competitors, trends, and audience behavior
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and storytelling

Community & Execution

  • Manage publishing, comments, DMs, and audience interactions
  • Coordinate with influencers and collaborators
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and communication

Paid & Performance Collaboration

  • Support performance teams with ad copies and creative inputs
  • Adapt organic content into paid-ready creatives
  • Align content with lead generation and campaign goals
