Executive Safety and Hygiene

Sresta Natural Bioporoducts Pvt Ltd (24 Mantra Organic – ITC) is hiring for an Executive Safety and Hygiene position

Role:

• Risk Assessments & Inspections: Identifying potential hazards and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Policy Implementation: Developing and enforcing health and safety protocols, such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) or HACCP for food hygiene.
• Safety Training: Providing awareness programs for staff on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), emergency procedures, and hand hygiene.
• Incident Investigation: Analyzing workplace accidents or foodborne illness outbreaks to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
• Hygiene Management: Monitoring food storage, preparation practices, and general facility cleanliness.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all operations meet local and international laws, such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards

Education – Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience – 4 – 5 years in similar role in Food / Beverage / Dairy industry.
