The ideal candidate is passionateabout proactive readiness to control testing, a willingness tolearn complex environments, and has experience in the auditing andregulatory space, particularly in India. This is a high impact rolefor a risk minded, detail oriented leader who thrives at theintersection of technology, regulation, and operationalexcellence.

The Lead Technology RiskAnalyst will:

• Provide control, compliance, andregulatory guidance to developers, architects, and projectmanagers.• Interpret and operationalize new and evolvingregulatory requirements, including RBI (PSS, IDL), DPDP Act,privacy, and broader data regulations.• Assist in thedesign and implementation of preventative and detective controlswithin the first-line environment.• Partner closely withUS‑based counterparts to manage and continuously mature theprogram’s global control landscape.

All AboutYou• 8-12 years of overall career experience intomanaging audits and technology risk management• Has hadaudit and regulatory experience (specifically RBI (PSS & IDL),and has conducted internal and external audits• You havemanaged large audits end to end with RBI• You have been apart of internal and external audits managing various products andteams on a large scale• Passionate about buildingproactive readiness frameworks and strengthening first line controlenvironments• Able to translate regulatory requirementsinto actionable control practices within AI driven and dataintensive environments• Adept at integrating IT riskprogram frameworks with enterprise risk functions, designing ITrisk metrics, risk aggregation and reporting concepts•Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional DataScience, Development teams, regulatory agents, and the core productbusiness teams• Thrives working with highly technicalproducts in a fast-paced delivery environment• Possessionof at least one relevant professional certification, such as (butnot limited to) CIA, CISA, CISM, or CFE.

In thisposition, you will:

• Partner with leadership toidentify control gaps and drive resolution, solutioning, andlong‑term risk reduction.• Act as liason between ourfirst line engineers and architects and external audit•Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, and governance teams tomanage, monitor, and maintain regulatory and compliance controlsacross the program.• Facilitate scope and impactassessment to identify control and regulatory requirementapplicability• Support program‑ and product‑level audits,and develop readiness materials for enterprise or external auditengagements.
