Role Description

We are seeking experienced and professional Real Estate Sales Professionals (Pre-Sales) for a full-time, on-site role at our Hyderabad office.

This is a specialized pre-sales position working exclusively with a luxury real estate brand. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting initial client consultations, showcasing premium properties, and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel. This role requires sophistication, market knowledge, and the ability to represent a high-end brand with professionalism and poise.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify potential buyers for luxury residential and commercial properties
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and on-ground activations
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client requirements and investment preferences

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Represent the luxury real estate brand with professionalism and sophistication
  • Conduct property showcases, site visits, and presentations for prospective buyers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and potential investors
  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized attention throughout the pre-sales journey

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on Hyderabad’s luxury real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop targeted campaigns
  • Provide insights and feedback to optimize pre-sales strategies

Sales Support & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the sales closure team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline status using CRM tools
  • Assist in organizing property launches, open houses, and exclusive preview events

QualificationsMust-Have Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium segments
  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of pre-sales processes, lead nurturing, and client relationship management
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Hyderabad real estate market, especially luxury residential and commercial segments
  • Professionalism: Polished communication skills, sophisticated demeanor, and ability to engage with affluent clientele

Key Skills:

  • Sales & Negotiation: Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ability to deliver personalized, high-touch client experiences
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
  • Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with HNIs, brokers, and industry professionals
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and virtual property showcasing platforms
  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with luxury brands or high-end real estate developers
  • Established network within Hyderabad’s real estate and investment community
  • Knowledge of real estate investment trends, financing options, and regulatory compliance
