We work with working professionals and college students, helping them build confidence and fluency through structured 1:1 live classes.
To support our rising student demand, we are hiring long-term, committed trainers who want stability, consistent hours, and growth.
Who Should Apply
This role is perfect for you if you are:
✔ A homemaker, fresher, English graduate, or freelancer
✔ Someone who wants stable monthly teaching hours
✔ Someone who can commit minimum 4 hours daily, Mon–Sat
✔ Passionate about teaching and student improvement
✔ Comfortable with the hourly pay range ₹80–₹150
Compensation
₹80–₹150 per hour (based on experience + demo + monthly performance)
Additional earnings:
Demo Conversion Bonus
Renewal Bonus
Peak-hour priority assignments
Average earning potential (part-time): ₹12,000–₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Conduct 1:1 English communication sessions
Follow demo format & academy teaching SOP
Track student progress & share updates
Maintain professionalism & punctuality
Collaborate with the Student Success Team
Be open to training, feedback & improvement
