Key Requirements:
✅ 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in MBA admissions (education industry mandatory)
✅ Strong background in student counselling, lead conversion & enrollment closures
✅ Proven ability to achieve admission targets
✅ Experience working with channel partners/consultants preferred
✅ Excellent communication & team management skills
✅ Strong reporting and follow-up discipline
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries/leads into confirmed enrollments
- Work closely with marketing & digital teams for lead generation
- Manage consultants/channel partners
- Track daily performance and admission reports
- Drive results in a target-based environment
