Luxury Furniture & E-commerce

We’re Hiring a Brand-Led Growth Operator.

Iqrup + Ritz is a design-first luxury furniture brand at a meaningful stage of scale.

We’re looking for a marketing manager who can think in aesthetics and analytics . Someone who understands refined storytelling but is equally comfortable tracking revenue and ROAS.

This role sits at the intersection of luxury brand building and measurable digital growth.

You will work closely with the founder to strengthen our digital presence, improve performance discipline, and build marketing systems that support long-term scale.

What You’ll Own

Brand & Content

  • Plan and execute monthly content across website, Instagram, and email
  • Protect and elevate our luxury visual language
  • Coordinate shoots and asset deployment
  • Ensure brand consistency across paid and organic channels
  • Lead press and influencer outreach

Paid Marketing Execution

  • Execute Google & Meta campaigns aligned to growth goals
  • Monitor daily performance and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Implement testing roadmaps (creative, audiences, landing routes)
  • Maintain budget discipline and performance visibility

CRM & Lifecycle

  • Build and optimise email + WhatsApp automation journeys
  • Improve cart recovery and repeat purchase flows
  • Segment audiences for targeted campaigns

Reporting & Alignment

  • Maintain a weekly dashboard covering:
  • Spend
  • Engagement
  • Leads / Add-to-Cart
  • Purchases
  • Revenue
  • Align marketing calendar with launches and store initiatives

What You Bring

  • 4–6 years in marketing (luxury, D2C, premium retail preferred)
  • Strong grasp of both brand and performance fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • GA4
  • Email / WhatsApp CRM tools
  • Comfort with numbers, data, and structured reporting
  • Strong aesthetic judgment
  • High ownership mindset
