Sales Coach

We are looking for a Sales Coach for Gurugram location with minimum 2 years of experience in training.

Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for over sales performance management of the program and liaise with all functions as well as clients to design sales improvement strategies
• Candidate must have Technical Sales experience for any kind of sales
• Conduct monthly sales transaction audits and share feedback to improve process knowledge, selling skills
• Work closely with the Quality teams, to co-own team and unit level targets
• Responsible for sale performance trends and reporting dashboards including intelligent analysis on pre / post-performance and needle movement
• Liaise with clients and other departments to drive key training project to improve sales performance
• Set monthly /quarterly / annual learning and development objectives for the program
• Perform operational activities such as processing sales contacts, transaction monitoring, participation in the process calibration sessions
• Sharing overall sales performance reporting and key project benefits

Key skills & knowledge:

• Knows, understands, and appropriately applies sales / soft skills, methods and processes required for the position.
• Candidate must have Technical Sales experience for any kind of sales
• Keeps current with new and (or) updated selling skills / techniques, trends, and development in the field
• Sales learning content creation including experiential learning programs on selling skills
• Thorough understanding of performance data analysis for TNA / TNI
• Must be a confident communicator and presenter
• Strong writing, editing, publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
• Ability to motivate participants for sales performance
• Ability to prepare and present information using MS Word, PPT, Excel
• Performance Management Certification, Sales Training Certification, Trained on Coaching and Feedback,
• Graduate in any stream, Proficiency in English and secondary language (in case of Bi-Lingual Trainer)

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications
