Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and focuses on leading the Talent Acquisition efforts at UPRIO. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the full cycle of recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates aligned with the company’s values and goals. The role involves crafting and enhancing employer branding strategies to attract top talent while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand and address hiring needs. Candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the growth and success of the company by building a skilled and cohesive team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Strong expertise in Hiring and Interviewing techniques to evaluate and select top talent
- Experience in team handling and target based hiring.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Recruiting practices and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members to meet organizational goals.
- Experience in the ed-tech or a fast-paced start-up environment is a plus.
