We are seeking aSenior Full-Stack Engineer to buildand scale a centralized Knowledge AutomationPlatform that serves as a foundational layer for ourProduct, Engineering, and Machine Learning initiatives.
Our Knowledge team maintains critical domain expertisecurrently spread across native systems and Helpjuice. As thebusiness scales across brands, regions, and product categories,this knowledge must evolve from staticarticles into a structured, automated,and continuously maintained taxonomy that remainsaccurate and consumable over time.
In this role,you will design and implement systems that powerknowledge lifecycle management,automate audits and updates, and transform unstructured contentinto structured, machine-readable datathat downstream Engineering and ML systems can reliablyconsume.
This is a full-stackrole, with significant ownership across backendsystems, data models, automation workflows, and frontend tools formanaging and visualizing knowledge.

What You’ll Do:
Knowledge Platform &Taxonomy
- Design andbuild a structured taxonomy for domain knowledge
- Convert unstructured knowledge from Helpjuice andinternal systems into structured, machine-readableformats
- Ensure the knowledge platformaccurately reflects evolving products, variants, and attributesacross brands and regions
- Design and evolvedata models that capture complex, highly connected relationships,leveraging relational, document, or graph-based data models whereappropriate
Knowledge LifecycleManagement
- Buildsystems to support the full lifecycle ofknowledge, including creation, review, updates, anddeprecation.
- Implement mechanisms to trackknowledge freshness (e.g., last updated timestamps, confidencelevels)
- Automatically flag content thatrequires review or validation
- Preventknowledge obsolescence through automated review and updateworkflows
Automation& Data Updates
- Automate updates to the knowledge base when:
- New variants or attributes areintroduced
- Taxonomy structureschange
- External updates occur
- Ensure draft and published knowledge stays insync with taxonomy and source data.
EngineeringCollaboration
- Partner closely with Knowledge, Engineering, and ML teamsto ensure the taxonomy and data structures support downstream usecases.
- Build scalable and maintainable systemsthat enable other teams to create flows, logic, and intelligence ontop of the knowledge platform.
What youbring:
- 5–10 years ofprofessional experience in full-stack softwaredevelopment
- Strong experience withPython, using frameworks such asFlask, Django, or FastAPI
- Experience buildingmodern frontend applications usingReact or similar SPAframeworks
- Strong understanding of softwareengineering fundamentals, including data structures andalgorithms
- Experience building scalableservices, APIs, data-driven applications, or automationpipelines
- Proven ability to designstructured data models, schemas, andworkflows
- Experience workingwith SQL and/or NoSQLdatabases
- Experience modelingcomplex relationships using graph databases orgraph-like data structures (e.g., Neo4j, Neptune, orequivalent patterns)
- Experience working withcontent management systems, knowledge bases, or large structureddatasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms(AWS) and containerization (Docker,Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving, debugging,and analytical skills
- Excellent collaborationand communication skills
- Ability to thrive ina fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with data pipelines, automation,or scraping workflows
- Exposure to ML-adjacentplatforms or structured data for AI/ML consumption
- Experience scaling systems across multiple brands ordomains
- Familiarity with microservicesarchitecture and CI/CD pipelines.
