Senior Design Engineer

CSE Solutions is looking for a Senior Design Engineer for designing Electrical panels and Instrumentation Control panels whose responsibilities would be as follows:

• Analyse and interpret all project related documents (electrical, mechanical, architectural, etc.) to accurately quantify all controls and instrumentation required prior to design.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) meeting project and client specifications
• Produce accurate control system and control panel design drawings using AutoCAD and E-Plan.
• Coordinate with our control panel division that includes design, production and testing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projects in accordance with deadline requirements.
• Work in conjunction with Customers, Company Management, Design and Production Team, and Contractors to properly execute a project.
• Ensure all control panel designs are produced to comply with the requirements of IEC standards and customers specifications.
• Assists in developing uniform procedures and standards for the design and production process.
• Ensure flawless execution of control panel projects from Inquiry Stage till Commissioning.

Preferred candidate profile

• A minimum of 2 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of IEC 61439 , UL , CE, ATEX , IECEX standards
• Should be familiar with the concepts of HV, LV, MV Electrical Power distribution and Control.
• Should be familiar with Instrumentation Panels (Safe area as well as Purge/Flameproof Panels for Hazardous areas).
• Should know about PLC and Automation panels.
• Strong Ability to read and interpret design specifications and plans.
• Manange Multiple Projects simulatenously .
• Ability to compose emails and general correspondence. Ability to speak, write and read English.
• Proficient computer skills with all basic office programs (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) and the ability to learn and use related software and systems are required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and E-Plan is must.
