Job Title: Sr. Executive

Job Objective:
The Senior Executive – HR Operations will manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding,
background verification and performance tracking. This role requires a detail-oriented professional
capable of coordinating between multiple departments (HODs, Payroll, PMS, and IT) to ensure
seamless HR service delivery and statutory compliance.
1. Employee Lifecycle and Performance Management
Manage the probation confirmation process for Head Office (HO), Hybrid, and ISP Marketing
teams.
Coordinate with the PMS team and HODs to facilitate KRA/KPI updates, appraisals, and bulk
designation changes.
Oversee internal movements, including transfers, promotions, and transition-related data
approvals.
Initiate and track Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), probation extensions, and
disciplinary actions (Warning/Suspension notices).
2. Onboarding and Documentation
Conduct new hire inductions and ensure proper department/cost-center allocation.
Manage the end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process, including vendor
coordination, case resolution, and payment tracking.
Coordinate with IT for asset allocation and the creation of official mail IDs.
Maintain and update Job Descriptions (JDs) and ensure all employee documentation is
verified.
3. Attendance and Leave Administration
Monitor and update attendance records, specifically for Marketing staff, and coordinate
work reports with HODs.
Manage leave balances and resolve employee queries regarding leave eligibility.
Act as the primary point of contact for leave and attendance-related communications.
4. Statutory Compliance and Payroll Coordination
Address employee queries regarding PF, ESI, and LWF.
Update the ERP system for new joins and exits; manage user access and password resets.
Coordinate with the Payroll team for salary arrears, salary holds, and Full and Final (F&F)
settlements.
5. Separation and Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews and collaborate with HODs on retention strategies.
Manage the complete exit workflow: resignation updates, ID deactivation, and handover
formalities.
Issue Experience and Relieving letters (typically by the 10th of the following month) and
resolve post-settlement queries.
