Roles & responsibilities:
Responsible for data entry in TMS for picks ups & deliveries / appointment booking process / manifesting process / driver check-in process / interline process / responsible for data entry in WMS for receiving, stocking, shipping, replenishment and picking of merchandise / responsible for load planning and coordinating transload shipments.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments / communicating with carriers and team members.
Obtain, evaluate, and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
Update forms & reports / manage customers accounts.
Scanning paperwork into our in-house system / filing paperwork.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduation is mandatory
2 years’ experience in a CSR role required – (International Voice Process – Mandatory)
Experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel; TMS and WMS systems.
