Workday Reporting and PRISM – Consultant

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in HR technology with at least 4 years of experience in Workday reporting and PRISM experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects
• Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting
• Working knowledge with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) or similar project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area.
