Location Mumbai – Andheri East

Reports to Head of Growth and Business Excellence

Business Context National role within BSH . You will act as the central pricing authority and profit guardian in a highly competitive, promotion-heavy industry with complex multi-channel distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry CM1 / contribution margin responsibility for India ,stretching yearly CM1 targets and deliver sustainable +3–8 pp improvement
  • Continuously optimize CM1, reduction of unjustified discounts, range & mix steering and renegotiation of trade terms
  • Design and drive the quarterly off-invoice pricing target deployment and execution.
  • Ensure rigorous execution and compliance of off-invoice budgets together with Sales, Key Account Management and Finance teams . Own monthly leakage reporting and immediate corrective actions
  • Develop and enforce pricing guardrails, approval matrices and exception governance
  • Lead cross-functional Price Steering Council and act as an escalation point for high-value deals and strategic promotions
  • Build and maintain advanced pricing analytics tailored to BSH. Price waterfalls per SKU/category, promotional ROI, channel P&L simulation, cannibalization & elasticity models
  • Act as trusted advisor to the head of business growth and excellence.

Preferred Profile

  • 7–10 years in pricing, revenue growth management, trade terms controlling or commercial finance – ideally gained in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics or Consumer Durables
  • Proven hands-on success in channel price positioning, CM1 ownership, and off-invoice target deployment & execution in multi-channel environments
  • Demonstrated impact of +3–8 pp CM1 improvement in previous roles (case examples expected)
  • Deep understanding of Home Appliances go-to-market realities.
  • Mastery of price waterfall management, promotional effectiveness analysis and trade spend ROI
  • Experienced user of pricing software and strong with Power BI / advanced Excel
  • Strong influencer – able to push back on volume-driven sales teams while maintaining excellent relationships
  • Structured, analytical, detail-oriented and execution-driven
  • Fluent in English.
