We are seeking an experienced Graphics & Generation Engineer to advance text-to-visual systems that transform ideas, data, and workflows into high-quality professional graphics. This role operates at the intersection of AI and graphics engineering, focusing on scalable visualization pipelines, intelligent layout systems, and high-performance rendering architectures that serve a large and growing user base.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale text-to-graphics generation pipelines capable of serving millions of users
- Develop intelligent layout algorithms for idea, data, and flow visualizations
- Build and maintain template systems for dynamic SVG generation, manipulation, and rendering
- Architect high-performance rendering pipelines that support concurrent graphics generation at scale
- Optimize visual quality and user satisfaction by translating subjective requirements into measurable outcomes
- Implement performance optimizations including caching, lazy rendering, and latency reduction strategies
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions for new visualization types
- Develop reusable component libraries and design tokens to ensure visual consistency
- Work with vector and raster graphics formats, selecting optimal approaches based on use cases
- Integrate AI/ML models to enhance layout, design, and graphics generation workflows
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of experience in Python and/or C++ with a strong background in graphics programming
- Deep expertise in SVG generation, rendering, and optimization
- Proven experience in data visualization and flow diagram generation
- Strong understanding of layout systems, rendering pipelines, and performance optimization techniques
- Ability to define and measure improvements in subjective areas such as visual quality and usability
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration, particularly generative models for layout, design, or image synthesis
- Solid knowledge of browser-based graphics technologies such as SVG DOM, Canvas API, or WebGL
- Experience working with both vector and raster image formats and understanding their trade-offs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in complex technical domains
- Effective communication skills for collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams
