Description GSPANN is hiring a Solution & Service Offering Manager with strong IT services and consulting experience to productize delivery solutions into market-ready offerings. The role focuses on solution design, service standardization, and go-to-market alignment in collaboration with delivery, sales, and marketing teams.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Analyze project case studies, delivery artifacts, and technical solutions across IT services engagements.
  • Convert delivery experiences into structured, repeatable service offerings with clear value propositions.
  • Define offering scope, target customers, use cases, outcomes, and key differentiators.
  • Partner with delivery teams to validate technical accuracy and implementation feasibility.
  • Align service offerings with go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Create solution assets including overviews, pitch decks, capability statements, and case-based narratives.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize services for upsell and cross-sell motions.
  • Support sales conversations with solution positioning and technical context as needed.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Strong technical foundation within IT services or consulting environments.
  • Experience in solution design, pre-sales, consulting, or service offering development.
  • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear, business-oriented narratives.
  • Exposure to enterprise domains such as cloud, data, application development, digital transformation, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven collaboration across delivery, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Experience productizing services or building solution catalogs.
  • Background in go-to-market, solution consulting, or professional services.
