Reports to: HR Director (Noida/Global)

The Opportunity

We’ve already built a powerhouse in Noida with 1,000+ employees and a thriving RCM division. Now, we are doubling down on our technology core by launching a dedicated Development Center in Bangalore.

We aren’t looking for a “paper pusher.” We need a high-octane Technical Recruiter to be our first boots-on-the-ground in Bangalore. You will have the backing of an established India entity, but the autonomy to build the Bangalore tech team from 0 to 50+.

What You’ll Do

  • Bangalore Lead: You are the face of our company in the “Silicon Valley of India.” You’ll own the end-to-end hiring for Software Developers, Architects, and Tech Leads.
  • The Full Cycle: Sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination (with our Noida and Global tech leads), and the most critical part: Closing.
  • Master Negotiator: Bangalore candidates often have 3+ offers. You know how to navigate “Notice Period” buyouts and complex salary negotiations to ensure we win the talent.
  • Culture Connector: While you’ll follow our established Indian HR frameworks, you’ll be responsible for creating the “Dev Center” vibe in the new Bangalore office.

Who You Are

  • The Bangalore Expert: You have a deep network in the local tech scene. You know where the best Java, Python, or React devs are hiding.
  • A “Doer”: Since you’re the first HR person in this office, you aren’t shy about doing the “small” things (scheduling) alongside the “big” things (strategy and closing).
  • Tech-Fluent: You can talk shop with developers. You understand the difference between a library and a framework.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years in technical recruitment, specifically within the Bangalore market.
