The HR Head will work closely with leadership, business heads, sales teams, manufacturing units, and corporate functions to ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops high-quality talent.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and implement the overall HR strategy aligned with business growth plans
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership on organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Build scalable HR processes to support rapid expansion

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for corporate, sales, manufacturing, R&D, and digital teams
  • Strengthen employer branding across LinkedIn and hiring platforms
  • Ensure hiring quality, speed, and cultural fit

3. Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and review cycles
  • Drive learning & development initiatives for leadership, sales, and functional teams
  • Identify high-potential talent and create growth pathways

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build a performance-driven, accountable, and transparent culture
  • Lead employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HRMIS systems
  • Ensure full compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audits
  • Manage HR policies, SOPs, and documentation

6. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards

  • Design competitive compensation structures and incentive plans
  • Benchmark salaries and benefits with industry standards
  • Support leadership in reward and recognition frameworks

Desired Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in FMCG / Pharma / Nutrition / Manufacturing / D2C preferred
  • Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance
  • Proven ability to balance strategy + execution
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
