Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, update, and maintain benefits statutory and non-statutory policies across geographies.
- Monitor and interpret labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related legislation to ensure policies remain compliant.
- Assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, market trends, and cost analysis.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, legal, and external vendors to implement and communicate policy changes.
- Prepare policy documents, guidelines, and FAQs.
- Use benefits utilization data to inform policy decisions and improve employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong understanding of employee benefits programs, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, research, and policy-writing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration tools is a plus.
