Roles & Responsibilities:

● Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements.

● Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, feedback, and closures.

● Drive core headhunting initiatives for niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles across projects.

● Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and AI-powered tools.

● Screen candidates for technical competency, role fit, and cultural alignment.

● Handle multiple IT roles across engineering, product, cloud, AI, and digital domains.

● Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring progress in ATS and internal trackers.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for ongoing and future hiring needs.

● Collaborate with onboarding and HR teams to ensure smooth candidate transition post-offer.

● Support employer branding and digital hiring initiatives as required.

What We’re Looking For:

● 3 – 5 years of hands-on experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.

● Proven experience in core headhunting for niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles.

● Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and hiring terminologies.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Ability to manage hiring in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

● Experience with ATS tools, job portals, and social recruiting.

● Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills.

● A people-first mindset with passion for building strong technical teams.
