About the Role

The Associate Associate Manager – Programmatic will be responsible for implementing and supervising digital media activities for assigned brands. The role involves managing day-to-day client servicing, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective execution of digital campaigns.

As a representative of the organization, the role holder will contribute to overall brand management by conceptualizing and executing digital strategies that deliver value to clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns across multiple channels (desktop, mobile, video) using DV360, Amazon DSP, CM360, Google Analytics and MMPs.
  • Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, trafficking, QA, delivery, optimization, troubleshooting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Compile and deliver daily pacing, weekly/monthly performance, and post-campaign reporting—using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio—for actionable insights.
  • Provide strategic recommendations—goals, KPIs, targeting, creative refreshes—to internal teams, aligning tactics with media objectives.
  • Traffic all assets into DV360 (or other DSPs), ensure proper audience segmentation, and activate campaigns before deadlines.
  • Stay current on programmatic ecosystem trends, platforms (including DV360), and ad-tech tools; liaise with vendors to maintain accurate billing documentation.
