Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze large datasets, generate insights, and create performance reports supporting marketing analytics initiatives.
- Apply Python (where applicable) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with external ecommerce partners and platforms to stay updated on market trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Leverage experience with ecommerce marketplace advertising setups to enhance campaign effectiveness and scale performance.
- Communicate data-driven insights clearly through strong written and verbal communication, ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Bridge the gap between technology and business data to identify opportunities and drive actionable marketing strategies.
- Apply Pharma and Consumer Goods domain knowledge to identify growth opportunities and tailor marketing approaches accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research, or any quantitative discipline; MBA preferred. Engineering graduates may also apply.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing analytics / performance analytics.
