Job Purpose
VIL’s MarTech team is focused to contribute to marketing programs at scale with highly structured data-driven approach that delivers Media & Conversion Efficiencies, and Optimisation of customer experience management practices.
As MarTech specialist, s/he will be imparting in to MarTech Tools management & Utilization, AdTech Implementation & optimization. Working closely with Digital, Brand, Media, Marketing, CVM, BigData, Technology Teams, Partners, Vendors to build data driven marketing programs
As a Martech analysts s/he will have end to end ownership of 2 to 3 martech tools/platform and will be seen as an SME for those
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Deliver data activation, data-driven marketing Practices, Customer Experience Management, using tools viz. CDP, MMP, Analytics, tag management or others
- Ingest data from Data Lake built from multiple sources like, Advance Analytics, Data-Warehouse etc and use it for actionable traits and segments – Manage the data lifecycle end-to-end
- Participates in Campaign Ideation, Planning process, Imparts strategy to define data for best performance, Deliver Data Models & Cohorts, mapping it to various destinations & programmatic platforms.
- Analyses & optimizes the audience profiles for performance – paid & owned media
- Conduct Data Audit of various Ad Platforms, DMP & Analytics Tools, SDRs, Traits, Segments & Audience Libraries Management
- Conduct Critical path flow, Conversion Funnel, Behavioural Analysis.
- Analyse Contribution IQ – What if/Cause Analysis, Deliver Marketing Attribution IQ, Generate Predictive CX Hypothesis & Trend Spotting.
- Contribute DCVM Scope/ Opportunities; Collaborates with multiple business owners to convert their business needs into Personalisation use-cases/ideas.
- Create/ Develop Personalisation activities within the tool as per marketing requirements, Troubleshoots Personalisation activities when – Experience is not delivered as expected or irrelevant experience are delivered.
- Support DMP, Target & CVM in Campaign Planning & Advanced Segmentation; Identifying Signals & Traits – Passing it in to DMP
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- Excellent understanding of the Online/Digital marketplace: trend awareness; industry best practices
- Hands-on experience of setting up martech platforms
- Must have familiarity with and knowledge of products and technology stacks in the MarTech and AdTech space
- Ability to design unique technical solutions for large enterprises to address their marketing needs
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- MBA or other masters essential
- 3+ years of relevant experience using tools & technologies in Marketing & Promotional activities.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with Graduation preferably in Marketing or engineering (any stream)
