Responsibilities:
• Handle international customer inquiries and sales conversations via live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate, clear, and personalized information to support customer decision-making
• Identify and promote relevant products and services through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service quality
• Adhere to company policies, customer service best practices, and compliance standards
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in an International BPO environment, specifically in chat-based or support roles
• Freshers are not eligible
• Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate degree in any discipline
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and customer-centric service delivery
• Basic technical proficiency is an added advantage
• Willingness and ability to work in rotational 24/7 shifts
• Must be based in Kolkata and available to work from the office
