Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – International Market (IT Only)

Location: AhmedabadExperience Required: 2–5 years in Sales / Business Development (IT Industry Only)Employment Type: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Manage bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. to acquire new IT projects.

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and nurturing.

  • Conduct cold calling and client outreach to expand the business network.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports for clients and management.

  • Maintain accurate data and reports in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, revenue pipeline, and market trends.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing and project teams to refine strategies and meet client needs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.

  • International sales exposure in North America and Middle East markets is mandatory.

  • Expertise in bidding platforms, cold calling, lead generation, and email marketing.

  • Strong command over negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel/Sheets (for data analysis and reports).

  • Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals.

  • Experience using CRM tools or sales automation software is a plus.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.

  • Experience in RFQ, RFI, and proposal preparation processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
