Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO Hybrid India
Sennovate is a US-based cybersecurity company operating across San Ramon, California and Coimbatore, India. We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who works directly with the CEO – professionally and personally.
This is an ownership role. You make sure things get done. Full stop.
Availability Must be reachable until 1:00 PM PST / 2:30 AM IST daily.
What You Own
- CEO’s calendar, inbox, and communications – PST and IST
- Travel coordination – US and India, end to end
- Meeting briefs, agendas, and action tracking
- Bridge between US leadership and India team
- Personal logistics, family coordination, and errands
- Every open commitment – tracked until done
You Are Right For This If:
- You have a strong personality – you hold your ground, you follow through, you don’t fold under pressure
- You think ahead – proactively anticipating what’s needed before being asked
- You communicate with clarity and confidence – in writing, in conversation, in any room
- You are naturally influential – people listen to you, trust you, and act on what you say
- English is professional – written and spoken
- Tamil and Hindi – conversational
- Based in Chennai, Coimbatore, or Salem – mandatory
- 5-8 years supporting a C-level executive
- Open to travel – with CEO or on his behalf
- Available until 2:30 AM IST without exception
- Discreet, self-managed, and accountable
