Job Description:

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, referrals, cold calling, and networking events.

Property Presentations: Present properties to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential. Conduct property tours and answer client questions.

Client Consultation: Understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions. Provide expert advice on property investment, financing options, and legal processes.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients and the company. Work toward closing deals by overcoming objections and finalizing contracts.

Market Research: Stay informed about current real estate market trends, property prices, and competition in the area to offer valuable insights to clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

Documentation and Paperwork: Assist clients with necessary paperwork, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation required for property transactions.

Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, marketing, and legal departments to ensure a smooth transaction process for clients.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.

After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with their purchase or rental and addressing any concerns that arise after closing.
