Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Head to build and lead a fully integrated marketing function aligned directly with revenue growth. This role will oversee digital, offline, exhibitions, CRE & GEM operations, while partnering closely with domestic and export sales teams to drive pipeline, market expansion, and brand authority. This is a business-impact leadership role – combining marketing execution for revenue enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Aligned Strategy – Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with domestic & export growth targets.
- Digital Marketing & Demand Generation – Lead SEO, performance campaigns, content, webinars, and inbound lead funnels. Strengthen product discovery and build scalable digital demand systems.
- Offline marketing and exhibitions – Plan and execute trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to drive visibility and leads. Ensure strong and consistent brand positioning across offline and international platforms.
- CRE and GEM Leadership – Lead the CRE + GEM team supporting domestic sales with structured follow-up systems. Improve response time, lead qualification, tracking, and conversion outcomes.
- Sales enablement and Market Intelligence – Support sales with market size mapping, NPD opportunity identification, and GTM planning. Develop marketing tools and collateral to strengthen domestic and export sales efforts.
- Systems, ROI and Governance – Strengthen CRM, automation, dashboards, and marketing attribution frameworks. Track ROI across channels and optimize performance for revenue impact.
- Team and Agency Management – Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team. Manage external agencies and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Base Location – Ambala, Haryana
- 8-10+ years in B2B / industrial / manufacturing marketing.
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and execution capability.
- Experience in both digital and offline marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI and performance.
- Ability to manage agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B / manufacturing / export-focused businesses is a plus.
- Preference for candidates who have led a brand through a high-growth phase or have built/scaled a B2B brand in a competitive market.
