Role overview:

• Should be able to manage the entire Learning Management System, handling system setup & customization, user & content management, technical support & troubleshooting, reporting & analytics, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• To ensure a smooth, effective learning environment for all users through configuration, maintenance, and support and improving workforce efficiency and aligning learning goals with business needs.
• Should be able to plan, organize, and manage employee training programs, handling logistics, materials, scheduling, and tracking effectiveness to develop employees skills and meet organizations goals.
• Facilitation Support: Assist trainers, provide basic learner support, and sometimes deliver training (classroom, virtual).
• Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor attendance, assess program effectiveness via feedback and metrics, and report outcomes to management.
