Junior 3D Visualiser / 3D Artist (3ds Max + Unreal Engine)

Onsite – Office Work Only (No remote / hybrid)

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

0–3 Years (Strong portfolio preferred over years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior 3D Visualiser / 3D Artist with hands-on experience in 3ds Max and Unreal Engine, capable of producing high-quality architectural visualizations and real-time scenes. This is a full-time, onsite role requiring close collaboration with the design team and openness to AI-assisted workflows.

⚠️ Mandatory:

  • 3ds Max + Unreal Engine
  • Blender and Maya experience is NOT required / not considered

Key Responsibilities1. 3D Modeling & Scene Development

  • Create architectural models using 3ds Max
  • Work on interiors, exteriors, and site environments
  • Maintain correct scale, clean geometry, and optimized topology

2. Materials, Textures & Look Development

  • Create and apply PBR materials and textures
  • Perform UV mapping and texture optimization
  • Maintain organized material and asset libraries

3. Lighting & Rendering

  • Produce renders using:
  • V-Ray
  • Corona Renderer
  • Lumion
  • D5 Render
  • Assist in lighting setups for realistic interiors and exteriors

4. Unreal Engine – Real-Time Visualization

  • Import scenes from 3ds Max to Unreal Engine
  • Assist in setting up real-time lighting, materials, and post-processing
  • Support walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and real-time presentations

5. AI-Assisted Visualization

  • Use AI-assisted techniques to:
  • Speed up modeling, texturing, and look development
  • Enhance visual quality and iteration speed
  • Apply AI outputs carefully under guidance

6. Camera & Output

  • Set up cameras and basic compositions
  • Assist in producing still renders and real-time outputs
  • Maintain visual consistency across views

7. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects and senior visualisers
  • Follow structured file management and naming standards
  • Implement feedback accurately and on time

Required Skills & Tools

  • 3ds Max (mandatory)
  • Unreal Engine (UE4 / UE5) (mandatory)
  • Rendering knowledge:
  • V-Ray
  • Corona
  • Lumion
  • D5 Render
  • Understanding of:
  • Architectural visualization basics
  • Lighting and materials
  • AI-assisted creative workflows

Portfolio Requirement

  • Portfolio must include:
  • 3ds Max modeling work
  • Rendered images
  • Unreal Engine scenes or walkthroughs (if available)
