Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development and database management.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS DBA, including database design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in software development methodologies and practices, with a focus on Agile and DevOps principles.
Experience with programming languages relevant to Mainframe environments, such as COBOL, JCL, and REXX.
Solid understanding of database management systems and data modeling techniques.
