Job Title:

Transformation Coordinator

This position involves planning, managing and driving the implementation of multiple medium to large scale process transition or migration project plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating and owning SLAs and KPIs until completion of the transition or migration process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Create detailed project plans, allocate resources effectively, ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance standards.
