- Develop and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and social media.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills.
- Proactive, “To Do” attitude, and a never-give-up mentality.
