Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the civil helicopter segment – including but not limited to Govt bodies, charted houses and VIP clientele Should understand and be comfortable with complex sales and products Should be comfortable with a long sales cycle Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aerospace Industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals with cross functional collaboration with the technical and product teams Solution selling approach and mindset Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to senior management. Proven expertise in sales within the Aerospace Industry / capital equipment industry / machinery and tooling industry / helicopter industry Strong knowledge of the civil helicopter market and related technologies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Educational qualifications in business, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning. Proactive and results-driven mindset.
