Job Description: Candidate will be responsible to work with Project Leaders and Delivery Teams, to ensure appropriate control related to Project Management & Project Quality Candidate should ensure good Project Management by availability of: WBS in MS Project during the Proposal Stage Resource Allocation in MS Project Resource Utilization Weekly Project Progress Monitoring (planned vs. actual) for all Projects Scheduling & Tracking in MS Project Timely tracking related to Project Delivery, while raising timely alarms Monitoring Corrective Actions as defined by the Project Leaders Candidate should ensure good Project Quality (i.e. Completion of Project within Estimated Hours, Adhering to Schedules, and Delivering Engineering Quality) by thorough : Project Initiations & Planning Appropriate Resource Allocations Identifying Project Risks & Monitoring Mitigation Plans Monitoring the defined Project Execution Processes and checking for Process Adherence Conducting Project Quality Audits Preparing Project Health Dashboards (with Project Health Status, Project Progress, Current & Projected Effort Variance, Brief Project Status, etc.) Tracking of Project Issues (Critical Errors, Complaints, Customer Dissatisfactions, Escalations, etc.) Identifying Root Causes (for Issues, Effort Variance, & Schedule Delays) Corrective Actions – Planning & Tracking Conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions on Lessons Learnt & ensuring that issues don’t reoccur Preparing & Analyzing Project Performance Matrix during Project Closure Conducting Monthly Review Meetings with Heads and Project Teams, etc. Candidate will be required to Design & Conduct Customized Training / Implementation Programs related to MS Project, with a aim to enhance the Project Management Culture at Neilsoft Candidate should have good Planning, Auditing, Reporting, Communication (Verbal & Written), Presentation, Training, Negotiation, and Convincing Skills Candidate must be open & willing to do all it takes to ensure good Project Management & Project Quality at Neilsoft
