Job Description:The opportunity
The Global MS Delivery Executive oversees all of the engagements of a specific offering (understood as the end-to-end delivery, including technology, process and people) and works with the various engagement leaders to improve performance and deliver results and outcomes which are in line with the respective cost baselines “as sold” and EY´s related MS contractual obligations.
In terms of proposition development this role will focus on delivering services across the following topicsOffering delivery normative models and Global Standard Operating Models (GSOM)Competence development and ramp up for the specific offeringRegulatory advisory work when applicable to the offering and on specific engagementsRisk assessments when applicable to the offering and on specific engagementsTransformation/change management across offerings and engagementsTechnology/analytics enablement across offerings and engagementsOn boarding/Transition and Data Operations of related engagementsQuality Assurance & RemediationTrainingYour key responsibilities
This position owns the end-to-end delivery of the defined Managed Services offering to enable growth plan/s. Brand and eminence – extend our reputation in the marketplaceGrow related capabilities through people development, new hires, and service line alignment and develop the appropriate third-party relationships with the various stakeholders in the supply chain of the specific offeringEnd to end delivery, including technology for the offering globallyConnecting all the SDCs (Service Delivery Centers). Site leaders for specific offering will be coordinated by this role and Account Delivery Leaders will have a dotted line into it as wellLooking across the offerings and delivery centres to ensure accuracy of delivery for all engagements/solutionsAccountable for the aggregated cost of delivery as it pertains to the respective offering. Deal support – role will support when clients want to review delivery and carry out due diligence. This role will need to manage due diligence visits and sign off on the cost baseline of the deals to make sure the scope is in fact “deliverable” and the supply chain is optimizedDeal support – they will be the face of delivery for the related offering.Accountable for: delivery transformation, continuous improvement and transformation of the delivery network; all the SLAs for the specific offering. Input into the SLAs and build of offering Delivery Leaders in GDS and the SDCsSkills and attributes for success
Take on leadership role in driving the development of the Global/Managed Services delivery business contributing to growing headcount and revenues as applicableConfidence and experience to lead a “first of a kind deal” arrangement and establish new delivery capabilities where neededDevelop ecosystem of supplier and product vendor relationships and how to take to market a price attractive offering blending in markets and near/off shore resources. Enhance our existing recruitment, on-boarding, and development plan to both target hire experience to support the growth of the practice, and establish a training curriculum to develop the necessary skills to deliver to this market demand. MBA and or Master’s DegreePrior experience in Managed Services delivery of global operations (12+ years)Experience in Service Management, Tech Ops and Data Ops functions and UAT capabilities and outsourcingSkilled in reengineering initiatives and data intelligence capabilityLead Global Transformation programmesExperience in build/transform MS operations rather than operate BAUDomain expertise in the related field of play for the offering the candidate will drive in very large managed services/product companies with significant experience in interacting with senior client personnel including C-levelExperience of working in an Agile Scrum environmentBe proficient in assessing options ( risk, performance and cost-benefit) and informing decision-makers with persuasive visualizations based upon assessment outputsCan coordinate / collaborate with teams & stakeholders in multiple geographiesManage Matrix teams with participants in multiple geographiesThis role requires flexibility in working with various Client and EY stakeholders across the world and in different time zonesTravel requiredIdeally, you’ll also have
