Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve personal loan sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive personal loan business growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Provide expert advice on personal loan products and guide clients through the application process.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Network with lenders to expand our pool of loan options for clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely processing of loan applications.

  • Qualifications:

  • Hands on experience in personal loan sales, preferably with a DSA background or bank sales.

  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.

  • Extensive knowledge of personal loan products and processes.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
