About the Role:
Head – Talent Management is a seasoned HR leader, who will lead the function across the organisation, strengthen and build future-fit workforce capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep understanding of talent frameworks, assessment, leadership development methodologies and a strong grasp of business needs. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing multiple HR verticals, designing talent frameworks at scale, attracting top talent, and building future-ready workforce strategies for a dynamic and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management Strategy & Framework
- Design and execute the organisations talent strategy, aligning with business goals and future manpower requirement across the organisation
- Establish talent frameworks, capability models and long-term roadmap to build a future-ready organisatio
- Embed a strong talent philosophy that drives performance, growth and culture alignment
2. Succession Planning & Leadership Pipeline
- Lead succession planning for critical roles, potential identification and readiness mapping.
- Design structured leadership development programs, coaching, mentoring initiatives and accelerated growth plans.
- Build and run personalised initiatives to develop future leadership to ensure long-term pipeline for significant roles
3. Capability Building & Talent Acquisition
- Lead the talent acquisition agenda to strengthen leadership, niche skills and critical business roles
- Enhance hiring quality through assessment frameworks, employer branding and pipeline strategies
- Strengthen sourcing channels, industry networks and hiring through strategic employer branding initiatives
4. Talent Analytics & Insights
- Build and monitor robust talent dashboards
- Identify and highlight talent risks, skill shortages and succession vulnerabilities
- Provide leadership with data-backed recommendations for talent investment and interventions.
5. Learning, Development & Organisational Effectiveness
- Drive organization-wide learning strategy and development journeys
- Lead organization development interventions, culture programs, performance development and change management practices to improve retention.
- Evaluate learning outcomes through impact metrics, skill uplift and role-readiness indicators
Qualifications and Experience:
- MBA / Master’s in HR, or related field.
- 12–18 years of progressive HR experience with deep exposure across Talent Management, Org Development, L&D and Talent acquisition.
- Experience in leading a team and managing large matrixed organisation
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic talent outcomes.
- Ability to lead large teams and drive outcomes across multiple HR disciplines.
