At ORBCOMM, we’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment efforts across the APAC region, spanning multiple departments, business lines, and functions. This role is pivotal in shaping our regional talent acquisition approach and ensuring we attract the best minds to fuel innovation and growth across APAC.

As part of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders globally to deliver exceptional recruitment experiences. You’ll play a critical role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring professionals across technical, GTM (Go-to-Market), and G&A (General & Administrative) roles that help ORBCOMM achieve its mission of transforming industries through IoT technology.
This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite at our Hyderabad office, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.
